As a Senior Conversation Designer, you will create intelligent experiences for chatbots, voicebots, virtual agents, and AI-powered service channels. You will simplify complex processes for customers and employees while partnering with product, UX, operations, technology, and business teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end conversations across voice, chat, and messaging

Requirements:
