This full time, permanent Finisher role supports Garland Commercial Ranges’ Operations Team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will perform materials grounding tasks assigned by lead hands. The work requires quality awareness, corrective action, safety practices, and workplace cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform materials grounding tasks assigned by lead hands
Maintain cleanliness throughout the work area
Apply corrective actions when required
Report observed work deviations
Teach and learn grounding techniques with others
Requirements:
One or more years of experience required
Experience using tools, preferably in manufacturing settings
Knowledge of sanding discs and lubricants
Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
