This General Merchandise Associate position supports customer shopping experiences across Walmart Canada's general merchandise area. You will assist with product selection, locate merchandise, support purchase decisions, and address customer concerns. The work also includes stocking, zoning, recovery, modular execution, and Front End coverage when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, qualified assistance
Help customers select products and locate merchandise
Zone sales floor areas and process recovery merchandise
Stock merchandise and complete required downstocking
Maintain protected, clean, hazard-free work areas
Requirements:
Be at least 16 years old
Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Stand, bend, and lift inventory during shifts
Lift items weighing up to 20 pounds
Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
