As a VIP Gaming Host, you will create memorable gaming experiences while increasing visitation and recruiting current players. The position combines relationship management, guest service, player development, and casino sales activities. You will use gaming data, reports, and direct contact to support assigned goals and guest retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with assigned VIP guests
Greet guests and deliver courteous gaming-floor service
Evaluate play, points, comps, and guest profitability
Invite guests to events and reactivate player relationships
Manage and grow the assigned VIP database

Requirements:
Minimum two years of sales or casino experience
Bilingual English and French, written and spoken
Valid work permit or Canadian residency
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
