Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the face of our hotels in Canada. You will provide warm service, check guests in/out, handle inquiries, and coordinate transportation while maintaining a qualified, positive atmosphere for guests and staff.
Applicants should have a two-year apprenticeship in front desk operations or hotel management, with experience in customer service, accounting basics, and Opera/Opera Cloud.
