Heli-ski reservations and guest service define this winter seasonal role at Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, British Columbia. Full time and part time hours are available.
As a Heli Ski Reservation Agent, you will support guests through calls, emails, in-person inquiries, and reservations. The position combines package sales, check-in coordination, office operations, and inventory monitoring. You will work from the village-based Carleton Lodge office while serving international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer guest calls, emails, inquiries, and reservations promptly
Promote and sell heli-skiing packages, retail, and accessories
Oversee guest check-ins and update required information
Assist daily office operations and monitor inventory
Deliver skilled service while handling guest inquiries
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Satisfactory criminal record check
POS, Word, Excel, or Outlook knowledge is an asset
Bring reservations, sales, communication, and customer service skills to Whistler Blackcomb’s heli-skiing operation this winter.
