As Grocery Supervisor, you will supervise department activities and employees while supporting customer loyalty, sales, and engagement. You will act as the departmental go-to person when the Department Manager and Assistant are absent. The position requires department knowledge, staff development, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach, train, motivate, and develop grocery department employees
Monitor inventory controls, sales reports, pricing, and specials
Lead presentation standards and maintain clean work areas
Schedule breaks, back-ups, openings, closings, and activities
Ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S;, and corporate initiatives

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum 12 months of experience
Full knowledge of department operations and skills
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced setting
Ability to provide regular employee feedback
