As Assistant Store Manager, you support operations, staff management, merchandising, and customer satisfaction. You act as Manager on Duty during the Store Manager’s absence. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff management
Train, coach, and develop employees through regular feedback

Manage cash, opening, closing, stocking,

Requirements:
Minimum two years of retail experience
At least two years in supervision or management
Open availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
