Food production work in Richmond, BC requires protected lifting, repetitive task focus, and explicit team communication. This Light Packer role runs from 9am to 5pm, with Saturday availability required.

Supporting the Production and Distribution team, you will palletize finished products, organize materials, and process raw materials with food processing machinery. The work includes repetitive lifting, product quality monitoring, workstation changeovers, and production records. You will follow Sysco's Food Safety Policy and procedures while helping maintain food safety, quality, and legality requirements during daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive lifting of products weighing up to 50+ pounds
Palletize and organize finished products for distribution




Process raw materials using food processing machinery
Monitor product quality and support food safety requirements
Assist changeovers, production records, and food safety procedures

Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive lifting motions
CSA-approved boots
