Dispensing/Blending Operators dispense raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records and clean equipment and rooms. The work includes reporting malfunctions, quality deficiencies, and process improvement suggestions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate blending, grinding, and sifting equipment with guidance
Dispense raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records
Clean equipment and dispensing or blending rooms
Report equipment malfunctions and product quality deficiencies
Suggest process improvements and complete supervisor-directed duties
Requirements:
Fluent verbal and written English
Basic mathematics skills, including addition and subtraction
Willingness to learn and use tools proficiently
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 kilograms
One year manufacturing experience preferred
