RMSI-JTAC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our alpine lodge kitchen team in Alberta. You will work under the Chef and F&B; Manager, leading line cooks, ensuring high-quality dish execution, and maintaining safety standards in a rapid-paced, seasonal setting.
The role requires indoor kitchen work with occasional outdoor responsibilities, and the ability to ski or snowboard blue runs. This is a full time seasonal position with Alberta employment standards applied.
