As a Licensed Life Insurance Service Specialist, you will support Life Insurance Advisors and Life Insurance Companies throughout policy lifecycles. You will handle service inquiries, understand carrier inforce processes, analyze problems, and provide solutions. The position also includes connecting clients with new insurance advisors and assisting with projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise between policyholders, advisors, and insurance carriers
- Handle service inquiries throughout life insurance policy lifecycles




- Maintain knowledge of carrier inforce-related processes
- Provide licensed service support and sound advice
- Assist with projects and advisor connections

Requirements:

- Previous life insurance industry experience
- Certified Life Insurance Agent designation through LLQP completion
- Licensing in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario required
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- MS Office Suite and online meeting platform experience
