As Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the department’s daily operation and join the Wickaninnish Inn Senior Management Team. You will uphold Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, AAA, and Inn service standards. The position combines staff development, guest concern resolution, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspections, and departmental activities
- Lead, train, supervise, and develop housekeeping team members
- Maintain guest service standards and follow up on concerns
- Manage budgets, payroll, schedules, supplies, and inventory
- Improve systems,

Requirements:

- Minimum two years management or service industry supervisory experience
- Alternatively, four years of housekeeping department experience
- Exemplary guest service and team leadership abilities
- Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- WHMIS knowledge and Microsoft Office experience
