Tribe Management Inc. seeks a Live-in Building Superintendent reporting to the Regional Manager. You will maintain a secure, clean residential setting through general maintenance, work orders, unit preparation, and contractor coordination. Communication, teamwork, and a safety-focused approach are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Respond to rotating after-hours and weekend emergencies
Process, complete, and close maintenance work orders
Prepare vacant units through cleaning and minor repairs




Coordinate contractors, vendors, residents, and management teams

Requirements:
Three to five years building maintenance experience
Knowledge using hand and power tools
Ability to lift 25 kilograms and work at heights
Basic computer literacy for email and documentation
Valid driver's licence and independent accountability
