Guide prospective students through admissions and enrolment at Western Community College’s Surrey campus using communication and relationship-building skills.

This full time Admissions Advisor position supports domestic and international students throughout program selection, applications, and enrolment. You will manage leads, conduct interviews, and help convert inquiries into successful enrolments. The role reports to the Director of Admissions and works with College departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide students through programs, requirements, applications, and enrolment
Manage inquiries, interviews, documents, and prospective-student follow-up
Maintain accurate CRM records and student admissions files
Achieve monthly sales, enrolment, and lead-conversion targets




Participate in tours, recruitment events, and promotional activities

Requirements:
Post-secondary education and two to four years relevant experience
Admissions and sales experience with domestic and international students
Robust communication, customer service, and persuasion skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Availability for rotating in office evenings and weekends
