As Sustainability Business Partner, you will lead the Climate, Zero-waste & Nature agenda across the United States and Canada. You will connect emissions reduction, resource efficiency, renewable solutions, zero-emission transport, and biodiversity with business planning. The work requires strategic leadership across functions, countries, and large matrix organizations.

Integrate sustainability into plans, governance, investments, and performance follow-up
Drive emissions reduction across operations and value chain activities

Represent Climate & Nature in internal and external forums

Requirements:
Extensive experience in climate or environmental sustainability fields
Understanding of emissions reduction and renewable solutions
Experience connecting sustainability with investment and performance
Strategic leadership across countries, functions, or matrix organizations
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
