Safety-focused environmental construction work with Sublatus demands physical strength, teamwork, and situational awareness across Western Canada. This field-based role supports changing industrial worksites.

As a General Labourer, you will support demolition, remediation, reclamation, and environmental construction projects. Duties include moving materials, preparing sites, controlling traffic, spotting equipment, and protecting underground infrastructure. Torchman work may also be assigned when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Move materials, tools, and equipment around active worksites
Transparent debris near operating equipment safely
Set up signage, barricades, and flagging
Spot equipment and communicate with operators




Assist with water management and site preparation

Requirements:
Experience in environmental construction, demolition, remediation, or reclamation
Ability to perform physical outdoor work
Willingness to travel across Western Canada
H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level II, and WHMIS
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and required screenings

Support Sublatus crews with protected site preparation, equipment communication, and physical labour across Western Canada’s industrial projects.
