You will coordinate carrier communications, monitor loading and unloading, and maintain accurate transportation data. The work focuses on freight movement, not warehousing or inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle high telephone call volumes courteously and efficiently
- Communicate with carriers and drivers throughout freight transit
- Monitor loading, unloading, and freight transit timing




- Update carriers and drivers through the Logistics Account Manager
- Record accurate information in the Transportation Management System
