This full time Operations Lead supports site leadership with daily execution. You will guide material handlers, manage carrier dispatch, and use operational metrics. The position focuses on safety, quality, productivity, route efficiency, and customer expectations across home delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead 15–20 warehouse material handlers daily
- Coordinate receiving, picking, and order processing
- Dispatch contract carriers and resolve daily issues
- Restructure routes with the Operations Manager
- Train carriers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel

Requirements:

- Four years of operations experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Two years of logistics or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
