Crescent Hotels & Resorts’ The Josie in Rossland, BC is seeking a Prep Cook to join our culinary team for a seasonal winter run. You’ll oversee a designated kitchen section, assist with mise en place, and ensure quality preparation of all items while upholding Crescent and Marriott standards at Red Mountain.
You will contribute to menu development, train junior team members, and help control food costs in a luxury ski-in/ski-out workplace during the winter season.
