Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily front-of-house operations and assign team tasks
Ensure checklists, cleanliness, and organization remain current
Acknowledge guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns

Requirements:
Leadership experience in hospitality or spa is an asset
Prior spa, hospitality, guest service, or retail experience preferred
