Clean, perform minor maintenance, and diagnose problems
Show units when necessary to prospective residents
Resolve tenant issues and build resident relations
Coordinate trades, emergencies, rules, and winter salting

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Robust written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Property management or Resident Manager experience is an asset
