Key Responsibilities:
Manage renewals, variations, assignments and terminations across lease lifecycles
Advise on lease agreements and contractual property obligations
Monitor compliance, financial commitments and contractual milestones
Maintain accurate property records and reporting




Support portfolio optimisation through planning and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
Experience managing commercial leases and property contracts
Robust analytical skills interpreting leases and financial information
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
Excellent relationship, communication and organisational skills
