Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, the Host supports customers throughout the home buying process. You will respond to calls and emails, provide product information, qualify potential purchasers, and assist with financing. The work includes customer tracking, administrative support, and maintaining appealing sales settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as customers’ first point of contact
Book appointments and provide showhome tours
Explain products and the purchase process
Track customer information and assist with financing
Coordinate walkthroughs and project changes

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum three months of customer service experience
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Microsoft Office, CRM, and accounting software comfort
