Serve Banff customers through retail sales, postal services, and computerized point of sale operations. This temporary, on-call role requires English.
Canada Post seeks a Retail Counter Clerk for its Banff retail outlet. You will provide customer service, process payments, and maintain knowledge of postal products, services, and delivery. The work also includes handling mail items, displays, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver sales and customer service activities
Operate a computerized point of sale system
Process cash, cheque, debit, and credit payments
Receive, sort, and sequence mail items
Maintain displays and conduct inventory control
Requirements:
Customer service experience in a retail workplace
Sales experience is an asset
English language requirement
Ability to handle mail weighing up to 22.7 kilograms
