Support Diagnostic Imaging services in Winnipeg with medical terminology, Microsoft Office, and accurate administrative coordination. This is an in-person position with Shared Health.

Reporting to the Manager, Radiology Support Services, the Clerk 3 supports all Diagnostic Imaging modalities. The position serves Health Sciences Centre and satellite offices throughout Winnipeg. Timeliness, accuracy, quality service, and effective communication guide daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
Support all Diagnostic Imaging modalities effectively and efficiently
Provide timely, accurate, quality services to clients
Work at Health Sciences Centre or satellite offices
Use Microsoft Office applications for assigned administrative work
Communicate with clients and colleagues during frequent interruptions

Requirements:
Complete high school education to Manitoba standards
Previous related experience required
Type 50 words per minute
Pass medical terminology assessment with 75 percent
Use Microsoft Office Word and Access proficiently
