As an Activities Coordinator, you will work with the Home Manager and wider community teams. You will help residents socialise within the home through activities suited to different tastes, abilities, cultures, and individual identities. The position involves planning programmes, encouraging hobbies, and supporting participation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan rolling and individual resident activity programmes
Provide inclusive activities for wide-ranging tastes and abilities
Encourage residents to maintain hobbies and try activities
Support colleagues, relatives, and friends joining activities
Accompany residents to offsite activities where possible

Requirements:
Experience working in a similar setting
Previous experience in a similar role
Caring nature with a personal approach
Adaptable and adaptable to short-notice changes
