You will diagnose product issues, interpret technical documentation, process warranty claims, and communicate accurate solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose Lifebreath HRV, ERV, IAQ, and ventilation product issues
Respond to technical inquiries and document customer interactions
Interpret diagrams, manuals, specifications, and control schematics




Process warranty claims and Return Merchandise Authorization requests
Collaborate on root causes, trends, and corrective actions

Requirements:
Minimum one year of HVAC, ventilation, or IAQ experience

Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
