Lead GMP manufacturing teams on a nights-only schedule while overseeing production, purification, isolation, and packaging activities at BIOVECTRA.
As Manufacturing Superintendent, you will supervise team leads and guide daily pharmaceutical operations across a multi-product setting. The work includes synthetic chemical, natural extraction, and fermentation-related products, with responsibilities spanning BPR review, equipment readiness, and issue resolution. BIOVECTRA is now part of Agilent.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team leads and review departmental production work
Mentor production employees and provide constructive input
Review completed BPRs, QC records, deviations, and label requests
Support schedules through documentation,
staging, and material counts
Resolve equipment, process, and facility issues
Requirements:
High School Diploma
One year of demonstrated technical experience
Experience with software, spreadsheets, and word processing
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
Ability to lift 50 pounds and use a respirator
