Operate forklifts for Tempur Sealy, picking orders and preparing bedding products for accurate, secure shipment. This warehouse position requires reliable material handling.

As a Forklift Warehouse Operator, you will support order fulfillment for Tempur Sealy brands, including Tempur-Pedic®, Sealy® and Stearns & Foster®. The work includes forklift picking, packing, dispatch, loading, unloading, storage, and shipping verification. You will also inspect equipment, assist assembly operations, and maintain workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick warehouse orders using a forklift
Pick, pack, prepare, and dispatch products
Load and unload goods safely
Verify quantities and items before shipping
Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment

Requirements:
Two to three years of related work experience
Required forklift license
Experience in a busy warehouse setting
Ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to lift up to sixty pounds
