Assemble custom transformers in Brampton using hand tools, blueprints, electrical connections, and production equipment. This fully onsite contract-to-hire position offers day or afternoon shifts.

As a General Production Worker, you will build transformer units supporting electrical distribution equipment. The work includes following drawings, work instructions, build sheets, specifications, and quality procedures. You will also learn TIG welding and brazing while preparing finished transformers for testing and varnishing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble transformer units from blueprints and build sheets
Perform electrical coil connections according to specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment




Learn TIG welding and brazing on aluminum and copper
Prepare finished transformers for testing and varnishing

Requirements:
Minimum one year using hand and power tools
Ability to read drawings, instructions, and specifications
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Attention to detail, quality, and secure work practices
