As Senior NERC CIP Compliance Manager, you will assist clients with achieving, demonstrating, and sustaining compliance. The work spans NERC CIP Standards, FERC requirements, Regional Entity criteria, BES cyber security, and OT environments. Acumen seeks a senior skilled with electric utility knowledge and solid compliance program experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver NERC CIP compliance consulting services
Conduct CIP audits, assessments, and mock audits
Manage evidence across multiple functional entities
Develop client policies, procedures, standards,



and baselines
Prepare RSAWs, self-reports, TFEs, and mitigation plans

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
Minimum 15 years in the electric utility industry
Experience with NERC CIP, FERC, and Regional Entity audits
Knowledge of power operations and BES Cyber System OT environments
Willingness to travel across North America or internationally
