Cardiac Catheter Lab Nurses can support specialist patient care at Nuffield Health Oxford Manor Hospital on a part time bank basis. Use Cath Lab experience across cardiac procedures and patient pathways.
This experienced nursing role supports Nuffield Health’s intervention suite in Oxford. You will work with cardiac device implantation, cardioversion, and interventional radiology procedures. The role includes scrubbing, circulating, pre-assessment, follow up, ward support, and recovery expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist private cardiac services for patients
- Support cardiac device implantation and cardioversion procedures
- Scrub for Consultant Cardiologists during Cath Lab cases
- Coordinate patient care from pre-assessment through discharge
- Prepare patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with post-registration experience
- Experience working in a Cardiac Catheter Lab workplace
- Initiative managing your clinical workload within a small team
- Availability for ad-hoc bank shifts
- Willingness to work some Saturdays
