The Data Engineer's job is a technical job to manage day-to-day profile generation in the Mobile Security (MS) data center. This includes supervise, support and follow-up on issues related to daily business around data generation; mange service requests,changes, incident and problem resolutions; and facilitation of second line support as needed.The Data Engineer's main responsibilities are to provide the adequate data in the right formats to corresponding G+D stakeholders and ensure accurate execution of the data generation processes.On a daily basis, the Data Engineer will utilize the Identity Service Platform (IDSP) application developed in house for profile generation and monitoring orders status for telecom clients and Mobile Network Operator (MNO) clients.
