Fraser Health Authority seeks Cardiology Technologists with a recognized diploma and recent related experience. Under supervision, you will analyze test strips, document results, explain procedures, and enter patient information into Meditech. The work also includes equipment maintenance, reporting, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ECG, stress, Holter, event monitor, and ABP testing
Explain procedures and answer patient questions before testing
Analyze test strips and summarize findings for medical staff
Enter patient test information into Meditech
Maintain equipment, files, reports, and repair requisitions
Requirements:
Recognized Cardiology Technology diploma
Two years of recent related experience
Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists certification
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Physical ability to perform position duties
