As Senior Cost Estimator, you will manage estimator teams developing conceptual and highly detailed estimates. The work includes construction audits, quantity take-offs, site inspections, and claims resolution across wide-ranging projects. You will support commercial, institutional, and infrastructure facilities while advising project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead estimates for large-scale commercial, institutional, and infrastructure facilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from investigations, specifications, and drawings
Interface with clients, contractors, and project owners




Conduct site inspections and construction cost audits
Analyze and reconcile estimates for project claims

Requirements:
Five to ten years in construction quantity surveying, estimating, and cost management
Recognized technical qualification in construction management or estimating
Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
CIQS, RICS, or PMI accreditation is an asset
