As Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will own transportation coordination for an established building products manufacturer. Plan shipments, arrange carriers, obtain freight quotes, and communicate with customers. The role connects production, sales, carriers, and customers when orders or schedules change.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan outbound shipments, scheduled loads, deliveries, and couriers
Coordinate OTR, LTL, flat-deck, and other freight
Obtain quotes for job-site and non-standard deliveries
Arrange transportation and delivery schedules with carriers




Troubleshoot freight and delivery issues

Requirements:
Experience as a shipping, logistics, transportation, or freight coordinator
Experience with trucking, OTR, LTL, flat-deck freight, or job-site deliveries
Organization while managing changing priorities
Solid communication and customer-service skills
Proficiency with email, Excel, Word, and general computer applications

Use logistics coordination, carrier communication, and resourceful problem-solving to keep building-product freight moving reliably.
