PARC Retirement Living seeks a temporary, part time Chef de Partie for its Food and Beverage team. You will prepare meals according to established menus, maintain kitchen standards, and contribute creative menu ideas. The schedule runs Thursday through Monday.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare meals with artistic plating and proper portions
Follow safe food-handling procedures during meal preparation
Receive, label, store, and rotate food deliveries
Maintain clean kitchens, equipment, countertops, and beverage centre
Monitor resident satisfaction through dining-room conversations

Requirements:
Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
At least two years of similar-position experience
Food Secure Level 1 and WHMIS certifications
Experience with portion control, menus, and commercial equipment
Understanding of seniors’ needs and skilled services
