This permanent Chef de Partie role supports patient wellbeing through careful food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will prepare meals for patients, visitors, and staff while following recipes, dietary requirements, and production schedules. Food safety, quality assurance, stock management, and timely service are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for patients, visitors, and staff
Manage food quality, portions, presentation, and dietary requirements
Maintain accurate temperature and quality assurance records
Support stock control, rotation, ordering,



deliveries, and inventory checks
Maintain clean, organised kitchen, storage, and service areas

Requirements:
Previous Chef de Partie or similar catering experience
Robust food preparation, cooking, and presentation skills
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent
Relevant catering qualifications, such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
