Apply technical knowledge to maintain distribution center systems, equipment, and safety processes while supporting productive operations at H&M.; This technician role focuses on facility service.

As a DC Facilities Technician, you will troubleshoot systems, coordinate maintenance, and support compliance across the distribution center. The work includes fire alarms, emergency lighting, evacuation routes, warehouse operations, and material handling equipment. You will collaborate with DC Safety, Security & Facilities Manager, DC Manager, and cross-functional DC Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot facility systems and identify required repairs
Test fire alarms and emergency lighting
Support non-automated equipment maintenance planning




Maintain waste management processes on site
Report safety risks and support sustainability activities

Requirements:
Proven technical knowledge or facility service experience
Experience within a DC or similar setting
Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment
Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow up suppliers and collaborate

Support H&M; distribution center performance through facility maintenance, technical troubleshooting, safety compliance, and team-oriented service delivery.
