Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment
Repair and service Caterpillar and heavy equipment
Plan troubleshooting and repair activities in the shop
Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly
Maintain customer relations through frequent communication
Requirements:
Minimum post-secondary education
Valid 421A or 310T license meeting provincial standards
Three to five years of technician work experience
Heavy construction or mining equipment experience is an asset
