This Leasing Specialist position supports residential property management across CAPREIT’s rental communities. You will address resident concerns, manage inquiries, coordinate onboarding, and monitor vacancies. The role also includes property inspections, payments, moves, and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Build robust resident relationships and address concerns
Manage leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
Collect payments and inspect the property
Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests

Requirements:
One to two years’ related customer service or sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge an asset
Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Availability for evenings and weekends when required
