As a Loader Operator with Bedford Ready Mix and OSCO Concrete, you will move aggregates, maintain stockpiles, and support plant operations. The position requires heavy equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong safety commitment. Your work supports daily Ready-Mix Concrete production through accurate blends and dependable equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Transport aggregates between stockpiles, bins, and hoppers
Maintain accurate material blends for concrete production
Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment
Organize yards, manage inventory,



and complete housekeeping
Communicate with operators, drivers, and team members

Requirements:
Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred
Ready-Mix Concrete or aggregate experience considered an asset
Reliable transportation for early shift starts
Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 pounds
Availability for flexible schedule and required overtime
