The Manager of Facility Services directs business plans, projects, regional field operations, budgets, compliance, and associate development. This position oversees maintenance programs, complex assignments, contractor performance, costs, and facility improvements. It also establishes performance standards, measures progress, removes obstacles, and supports continuous learning.
