Home Support Workers provide compassionate home and community care under a Personal Support Manager’s supervision. CarePartners seeks candidates able to assist with daily living, support families, and promote dignity. The program includes virtual and in-person training before community assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
Support dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Perform transferring, repositioning, and bowel or bladder care
Provide socializing and companionship in homes and residences




Promote patient independence through daily living assistance

Requirements:
Attend the full time training program
Bring a caring nature and excellent customer service
Hold a valid G or G2 driver’s license
Access a reliable vehicle and provide automobile insurance proof
Complete vulnerable sector and explicit background checks

Bring compassionate daily living support and reliable transportation to CarePartners patients throughout Grey Bruce Counties and surrounding communities.
