You will build customer connections, introduce collectible art toys, and recommend products personally. The work includes merchandising, inventory management, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining an organized store.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and build authentic customer relationships
Share POP MART stories, artists, characters, and collections
Recommend products, upsell merchandise, and pursue sales goals
Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions




Maintain merchandise, inventory, cleanliness, and stockroom organization

Requirements:
One year of customer-facing experience preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, or pop culture
Comfort learning point-of-sale systems and operational processes
Versatile availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
