Job Title: Medical Office Assistant
Schedule: Part-time, Mondays, 8am to 4pm (with the possibility of adding more days depending on operational needs)
Location: Ingersoll, ON

We're currently looking for a part time Medical Office Assistant for our client, a clinic located in Ingersoll, Ontario.

Scope and Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients, and ensure a welcoming workplace
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and process cancellations
Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
Provide good customer service while answering phone and in-person inquiries
Assist with the overall maintenance of the office as needed

Who We Are Looking For
Diploma or Certificate in Medical Office Administration
Proficiency in EMR systems
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Prior MOA experience in a similar setting is an asset
