As Senior Accounts Receivable Technician, you manage the daily AR function and lead AR clerks. You will oversee invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, disputes, credit procedures, reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with Finance, Agents, Talent Management, Operations, and client finance contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
Run daily invoicing, collections, cash application, and record-keeping
Lead AR clerks, assign priorities, and review completed work
Manage aging reports, reminders, follow-ups, and client conversations




Reconcile ledgers and verify payments are properly posted
Improve processes through NetSuite and automation

Requirements:
Six or more years in accounts receivable, collections, or accounting operations
Accounting, finance, or related diploma or degree
Hands-on experience across the full AR cycle
ERP fluency; NetSuite experience is a solid asset
English fluency; French is a robust asset
