Here are your main responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the production launches of all products. They act as a link between engineering, production, and Methods, in order to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant launches according to the company's requirements
- Prepare and coordinate the production launches of current products, processes, or equipment




- Participate in the implementation, testing, and validation of manufacturing processes
- Ensures that the technical documentation is complete and up to date (work instructions, procedures, technical sheets)
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
- Conduct analyses on performance optimization and quality
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to production deployment
- Participate in continuous improvement processes (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Qualifications :

- DDEC in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in product or process launches
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in computer tools: Office Suite, ERP software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sense of organization and priority management
- Autonomy and rigor
- Good team spirit and ease of communication
- Ability to work under pressure during start-up phases
