Maintain apartment buildings across Prince Edward Island with VIDA using repair, renovation, and property maintenance skills. Support secure, clean, well-run communities through responsive service.

As a Maintenance Technician on VIDA’s Building Services Team, you will service approximately 225 units across eight to ten buildings. The work includes apartment repairs, unit turns, common-area upgrades, inspections, vendor coordination, and resident communication. You will work with maintenance colleagues, Building Ambassadors, Community Contractors, and the Support Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and complete unit turns across assigned properties
- Complete resident-requested repairs using technology platforms
- Inspect building envelopes and systems routinely
- Review vendors,



approve invoices, and manage team budgets
- Recruit, train, and support Community Contractors

Requirements:

- Several years maintaining multifamily residential buildings
- Flooring, painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaborative working abilities
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
